A typical Algarve salad is based on mediteranean salads. Eggs are optional, and prawns or other shellfish can be added.
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion (medium)
2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced) Olive oil/red wine vinegar mix in equal quantities as dressing
1 teaspoon salt
Chop ingredients into small squares, add sliced eggs and mix in the salad dressing.
